The Signature

The Signature is phase three of Phú Mỹ Hưng Midtown, opening directly onto Sakura Park, Vietnam's first cherry-blossom park. Its terraced architecture recalls the rice terraces of northern Vietnam while carrying Japanese precision, with planted step-back roof gardens. On 13,555 m² with 6,582 m² of open green space, buildings A–B and C–D hold 516 apartments: 367 two-bedrooms of 73–79 m², 147 three-bedrooms of 91–129 m², two four-bedrooms of 203–259 m², plus 103 shops on floors one to four.
