The Ascentia Phú Mỹ Hưng

The Ascentia is a Phú Mỹ Hưng premium residence on a 4,680 m² site at the corner of Nguyễn Lương Bằng and Street 18 in the green Nam Viên peninsula, beside the Cả Cấm 2 bridge and opposite Riverside Residence. Two 15-storey towers with separate lobbies hold 242 apartments from one to three bedrooms and duplexes. A third-floor deck carries adult and children's pools ringed by a gym, yoga studio and saunas, with a rooftop community garden, playground and outdoor reading and yoga lawns; a 20,000 m² central park lies behind and the Rạch Đĩa river in front. Handover completed in April 2022; resale prices reached 71–88 million VND per m² in late 2022.
